I can't hear the whistle — is it broken?
Above roughly 13–16 kHz most adults simply can't hear the tone. That's the point: your dog can. The live meter and the “Sound is live” indicator on the Whistle screen confirm audio is playing. Make sure media volume is up — the Silent switch does not mute the whistle.
The Home Screen widgets don't play sound.
Widgets are part of Pro. After purchasing, open the app once so the widgets refresh their unlocked state.
How do purchases work?
Pro is a single one-time purchase — no subscription. It unlocks every sound pack and widget, current and future, with Family Sharing. On a new device, tap “Restore purchase” on the unlock screen.

Sound is a signal, never a punishment. Pair every whistle and click with a treat — the in-app Guide covers kind, reward-based training in plain language.
